046-Ahkâf Sûre-i Celîlesi 046/015

رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ

Rabbi evzı’nî en eşkure ni’metekelletî en’amte aleyye ve alâ vâlideyye ve en a’mele sâlihan terdâhu ve aslıh lî fî zurriyyetî, innî tubtu ileyke ve innî minel muslimîn.(15)

Ya Rabbî! Gerek bana, gerek anneme babama lütfettiğin nimetlerine şükür yoluna beni sevket. Senin razı olacağın makbul ve güzel iş yapmaya beni yönelt ve bana salih, dine bağlı, makbul nesil nasib eyle! Rabbim! Senin kapına döndüm, ben sana teslim olanlardanım. (Ahkâf 46-15)

My Lord! Arouse me that I may be thankful for all Your favors (life, health, sustenance, faith, and submission, and more) that You have bestowed on me and on my parents, and that I may do good, righteous deeds with which You will be pleased, and grant me righteous offspring (so that they treat me righteously, as I treat my parents). I have turned to You, and I am one of those who have submitted to You.(15)
